The study aimed to achieve the following objectives: Determining the role of community dialogue to meet the challenges of sustainable development in North Sinai An evaluation study of the role of city council employees. Determining the most important indicators of community dialogue to meet the challenges of sustainable development for the study area. Assessment of the reality of sustainable development for the study area. Determining the forms of challenges facing sustainable development in the study area, identifying the general trend of the population about the development reality of the region, evaluating the role of city council employees in the study area, analyzing the general trend of the population about the developmental reality of region. The study concluded by emphasizing the importance of the role of community dialogue to meet the challenges of sustainable development because of its great importance in involving everyone in decision-making and raising citizens' awareness.
